1.1. Eligibility: Enrollment in any course at Enhance Skin Academy Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Academy”) is subject to the review and approval of the application. Enrollment is not transferable to another individual.

1.2. Attendance Requirement: Participants are expected to attend the entire course as scheduled. No refunds will be provided for any part of the course missed due to absenteeism, withdrawal, or any other reason. Rejoining the course at a later date or continuing to the next course may incur additional fees.

1.3. Course Changes: The Academy reserves the right to alter the advertised course agenda, venue, or tutor as necessary. While every effort will be made to provide advance notice of such changes, the Academy holds the right to make changes without prior notice.

1.4. Insurance Responsibility: The Academy is not responsible for providing insurance coverage for participants during or after course completion. It is the responsibility of the participant to secure appropriate insurance as needed.

1.5. Tutor Availability: In the event of a tutor becoming unavailable due to illness or other reasons, the Academy will attempt to provide a substitute tutor. If this is not possible, the Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course.

2. Conduct During Courses

2.1. Behaviour: Participants must maintain a respectful and professional demeanor throughout the course. Any improper or disorderly conduct that risks damage to property or violates the premises’ terms and conditions may result in the participant being required to withdraw from the course. In such cases, no refund will be given, and the participant may be liable for any damages caused.

2.2. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to abide by the Academy’s code of conduct and any rules specific to the training environment.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Payment Options: Course fees must be paid in full prior to the start date of the course. The Academy offers several payment options: full payment upfront, installment plans (subject to a signed agreement), or a deposit with the balance payable by the course start date.

3.2. Deposits: To secure a place on a course, a non-refundable deposit 20% of the full course fee is required. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3.3. Installment Payments: Installments must be paid as agreed upon in the payment plan. Late payments may result in automatic unenrollment, and a £30 re-enrollment fee will apply if the participant wishes to continue the course.

3.4. Retake Fees: Any fees for retaking a course or exam will be an additional cost to the participant.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Cancellation Notice: All cancellation requests must be made in writing, either via email or post, and are subject to the following terms:

  • Less than 14 Days Prior: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the course will not be eligible for a refund.
  • COVID-19 Restrictions: No refunds will be issued for cancellations related to COVID-19 restrictions or lockdowns. Courses will be rescheduled to a later date after restrictions are lifted.

5. Re-registration Policy

5.1. Deferment and Re-registration: Participants wishing to defer their place and re-register for a future course may be required to submit a re-registration request form. Approval is at the Academy’s discretion and is subject to available places on the next course.
